The Hydro has wonderful large light, airy Victorian rooms which create a feeling of opulence and space, coupled with a location second to none in the Lake District makes the Hydro one of the best locations possible to hold your wedding. There are real fires in the lounge, the bar and ballroom, heightening the warm welcome provided by Ken and Rose and the team, who take great pride in looking after you.
The Hydro provides a dedicated manager to liaise and plan with you every conceivable aspect of your wedding. We can arrange photographers, flowers, printing, table plans, place cards, colour coordinated table linen, entertainment, limousine hire so that you will find budgeting and planning for your wedding becomes easy.
